Baby Gate

Hey, ya'all! I was wondering if anyone had a baby gate they wanted to give away or sell. Our soon-to-be-little man will be crawling a few months after we move to the 2-story townhouse in State College and we'll be needing one. :D

Anyone have any shelving units they are looking to be rid of? Looking for shelves in good shape. We could provide them with a great new home. :)

Does anyone have a steamer I could borrow for a day, perhaps two?

I am looking to take down a strip of wallpaper on Monday/Tuesday and have heard that a steamer is by far the best way to go about doing this. Wondered if anyone had one that they would be willing to loan me? Thanks!

Scouts Need Magazines

The scouts are looking for your magazines to be used in a combined YM/YW activity. If you have magazines you are willing to donate/get rid of, please email scottandjones@gmail.com or leave a comment here. The scouts will pick up the mags on Wednesday this week after 7pm.

They are looking for lots of interesting images that will help them create their own "New Era Ads."

Child Care Help

I need some help with getting my kids on and off the bus next week. I got a temp job for a week and need help from Tuesday Sept 28 to Friday Oct 1 and Monday and Tuesday the follow week. The time I need the help will be at about 7:15am. The bus picks up the kids at 8:10am. And the bus drops off the kids between 3:58 and 4 o'clock. I should be home by 4:30 4:45. Wanted: High Chair that straps to a kitchen chair

We're getting ready to stop feeding Anne from a bumbo, and we'd like to buy a high chair. Does anyone have one to sell? If you don't have the strap on the chair kind, the stand alone kind is something we'd be interested in, too.

Clothing Help

Hi everyone! As most of you know, I teach middle school music (grades 6-8). This year we have a number of students that are facing some really rough economic challenges and don’t have the ability to purchase the required concert dress. I'm in the process of getting concert clothing for these students. If you could be on the lookout if your own children or someone you know has some of these clothing items they have grown out of and are willing to donate to the music department. Any range of sizes would be welcome! (We have some pretty tiny boys and girls & some larger children as well). You can bring anything you have to me at church on Sunday or I can come pick it up from you.

Boys: White dress shirts, neckties, black/dark colored dress pants, black socks, and black/dark dress shoes

Girls: White dress shirts (can be a sweater, button up and any form of nicer white shirts), black/dark colored dress pants and/or skirts, and black/dark dress shoes.

Potty Training

Much To my surprise, Jaydon wants to be potty trained (my least favorite thing in the world). So . . .I gave away my potty chair before Jaydon came into our lives. I was wondering if anyone had a potty chair they would like to get rid of. I figure with some clorox bleach, a used potty chair should be as good as new. Also, does anyone have a matchbox helicopter they would like to get rid of? (Santa was just wondering). Thanks so much!!!
