I have a 4-quart red Rival crock pot that we are selling for $10 if anyone is interested. We've recently upgraded to a 6-quart so we're parting with this one. It works great!

Also, I still have the moses basket if anyone is interested in it. Ruby didn't end up using it because she had reflux issues so she had to sleep on an incline as a newborn. It's in great condition. And it's free!

Costume Swap

With Halloween coming up, I have been looking for a little dog or puppy costume for Andrew, but I am not willing to pay $30+ for one.  I was wondering if anyone had one (size 6-12 months) that we could borrow for the holiday?  

Also, if anyone wants to borrow our little monkey costume, you are welcome to it.  

It is a Carter's 3-6 month jacket and pants.  Andrew could probably still wear it this year, but he wore it last year, so I wanted something different. I can't resist adding a picture of my cute little 7-week-old baby monkey.  I love the tail!

place of security

I don't know How many know, But I am suffering from depression. I am trying real hard to get back saine. Not doing so well with such. But reading a book in helping me. One thing I need is a place of security, and outside is a good place to start. Is there anyone who might have a patio set that I can put on my porch so I can be outside Just a little more and read and do some school work if so email me or call me. Thanks!

Temple Trip

Hi ladies! I am planning a trip our to the Temple, on Friday, August 24. Wondering if anyone would like to tag along. I have room for three people. Kid haircuts

Does anyone know of a good place to get kids haircuts? I know that jc Penney has free ones this month for older kids but I'm looking for the 1 yr olds. The mushroom 'do is too much to handle!

And this Texas Instruments TI-85 graphing calculator. It's an oldie but goodie and still works great. Alan has a new one (yet old as well). :) Comes with cover, not the booklet.

A few things...

Hello! I am still cleaning out to squeeze into our tiny townhouse over in State College (woohoo). I've got some things posted on Craigslist I thought I'd let you all know about. I really wish I could give more away, but we reeeeally need mulah for the moving truck! Price may be negotiable.

Size 11 Aerosole knee-high boots, genuine leather. They run small, like all boots, and are slim, so I'd say they really fit as small as 9 1/2. They have the second zipper for beefy calves like mine. :) They're pretty much the perfect boot--look cute with a skirt/dress as well as with jeans--I just can't fit them since my feet have widened with my pregnancies. :)~ AND they'll last forever since they're leather, which is hard to find since all are faux leather these days. $40 (they're $300 new...pshhhhh....). Come try them on!

 

Kid's toy organizer. Comes with 8 buckets, two of them extra large. It's in good shape and makes getting toys super easy for the kids. And it's so ORGANIZED. ;) $20.

Last, but definitely not least: Two curtain panels, light and dark brown checkered--nice neutral color is easy to match with. Measure 94" x 56 1/2". I had to special order them for these huge Manor sliding glass doors, but if they're too long you can always sew them shorter. They've been used only 2 years and are in like-new shape. $30 for both of them.

 

Free piano

Anyone want a free upright piano? Call me. We are trying to make room in the apartment. We are thinking we will pay some piano movers to get it down the stairs safely, then after that you are on your own. Nancy

Is anyone getting rid of a couch or a bed?  It doesn't really matter the size or style, so please let me know if you (or anyone you know) has a spare couch or bed.  Someone in the ward could really use it and will appreciate any help you can give.  Thanks!

4th of July Festivities

Anyone know of fun things to do on July 4th? We have family coming and we originally planned on going to Hershey Park but then realized it's probably going to be crazy busy. I need some ideas! :)

Baby Clothes and Maternity

Okay guys.  Baby clothes.

I have boys and girls.  Ages Newborn-9 months.

I also have maternity clothes.  Some barely worn and some have been through three pregnancies and possibly lent to a friend.  They're all in pretty good shape.  Small, Medium, and a few shirts that are Large (Jacob was a BIG baby).  Most are from Motherhood, some are from Gap and Old Navy and a few no name brands.  Most are really cute.  I'm not gonna lie there are a couple of things that are questionable style wise but, they'll keep that bump covered.  Spring and summer.  Come and get em!

T Minus Seven Days...

I have a kitchen sized trash bag full of Mega Blocks.  Free to your tiny architect.  Please come take them away!

I also still have the two white stacking shelves if anyone wants them.

Later today I may have some outside toys and/or baby clothes.

If you really want these things please call and come take them away.  Otherwise they're going to the curb.

I offer the bedding, the bumper pad and the crib skirt, there is also a giant pillow that matches. I made this so, there's that info. Also The crib is broken and dangerous. I offer it as lumber. There was a family here before that loved to repupose so I thought I would offer.

 Also our table and chairs are still up for grabs, we asked $200 originally, but we will do $100.  It really is a nice set.  The chairs are in perfect condition, the table top has some scratches, but then you have less to worry about with your kids. 

There will be much more as we go along.  A lot of, if you can carry it, you can have it.  We have a sofa, love seat and ottoman that we are giving away, so if that is something you are looking for feel free to call me.  Thanks, Wendy

1. White painted chair with recovered seat. You'll want to recover it again, as this cover is thrashed.
2. 16 dark wood ikea square framed mirrors
3. Red leather Ikea couch--has pen marks, a small rip and the bottom springs are out so it sags a little in the center
4. White painted chair with easily-recoverable pop seat
5. Taupe couch (poppy pillows included). This couch is well worn. Has all kinds of random marker marks and little stains here and there from 10 years of use. The shape is great, though and would look great with a slipcover.

Email, call, or text! Everything from round one except for the TV stand is still available and will be chucked or donated later this week if they don't have any takers.
