Free Stuff and For Sale

Hey Ladies!

I have a couple of things that I don't need anymore so if you are interested just give me a call.

C9 little girls snow boots from Target in size 6. FREE!

Microwave that is seven years old but we haven't used in 8 months. The door and open button have that yellowish tinge to it since they are the plastic components but it works great and it is FREE.

Danby portable dishwasher. This thing was a sanity saver when we were at BYU recently. It is 3/4 the size of a regular dishwasher but I was able to do just one load of dishes for our family of four per day. You hook it up to the faucet in your sink and I can easily give you a demo if you are interested. It also gives you more counter space in your kitchen and it is on castor wheels so you just roll it over to the sink when you need to use it. We bought it new in the Fall of 2008 and it was only used for two school years and has been in storage since graduation. FOR SALE $100 and you have to find a way transport it.

Boxes

Does anyone have in medium or large boxes I could have I am looking for 2 boxes to ship my yarn off to some nice lady who is willing to take it off my hands.  just email me or leave a comment thanks, Wendy

Eric Carle & Dr. Seuss

Kohls has 4 Eric Carle hardcover books for $5 each. You can also get some plush animals that coordinate with the books, like a very hungry caterpillar, for example. LOVE Eric Carle!!

The Hershey library is hosting a special Read Across America Day story time at 10am, 1:30pm or 6:30pm on Wednesday, March 2nd. Hear a Dr. Seuss book, vote on your favorite and make a craft.

glue sticks

I accidentally bought regular sized glue sticks about, oh, 3 years ago, and I only have a mini-sized glue gun. So, I ran across them again and I obviously can't use them. Anyone want them?

Fruit Trees

We are thinking of planting a few fruit trees in our yard this spring. There is a great company near Gettysburg called Adams County Nursery INC. They sell trees for about 28$ if you buy small quantities. If you by 25 or more, then they are much less-10-13 dollars. They can be any fruit or variety, they don't have to be the same 25 trees. We are looking for anyone who would like to go in on this with us. Ray grew up on an orchard and could help you plant and prune it. We can save even more by driving down to the nursery and picking up the trees, which Ray is planning to do in early April, which is when the money would be due.
This is a great way to be prepared and be able to produce produce. After all, proper prior preparation prevents poor performance.

The website is www.acnursery.com

If you would like any fruit trees, respond and we can save some sweet mulah and have home-grown delicious fruit!

Evening Job

A family in our ward wants to hire someone to come in and help in the evenings from 6-8 whatever days you can Thrusday-Saturday. The job would include tending kids, making dinner, and/or light house cleaning.

They have two boys ages 6 and 2.

Books

I have a couple of books that I'd like to give away if anyone would like them.

What to Expect the First Year

Great book for new parents. A month-by-month guide for pretty much everything you need to know about baby's first year.

And this little gem. What We'd Wish We'd Known When We Were Newlyweds. By John Bytheway and his wife. Wedding present. Read it once. Don't remember if it was good or not, that was over ten years ago. But free to anyone that wants it, newlywed or not.

Interested parties should leave a comment or email me. Thanks.

My favorite coupon is back-

Go here to print a buy-one-get-one-free coupon good at Gap Outlet on Saturday.
