Deals at Giant this week

In Sunday’s paper, there is a two page spread of coupons for Kellogg’s products and also a coupon for a $10 mail-in rebate if you purchase 10 qualifying products. At Giant, they have a lot of those products on sale this week. There are a bunch of different products you could get depending on what your family would eat. Here’s what we’re getting:

(2) Keebler Sandwich cracker packs $2 = $4
(2) Yogos Boxes 2 for $3.32 -$1 coupon = $2.32

Free "Drive-in" Movie

I do not know if anyone is aware of this or not but on August 8 and 9 there will be a free "drive-in" movie night at Shank Park. I believe the movie will be Evan Almighty. Bring your blankets and/or lawn chairs and the movie starts when it's dark enough. We went to the one they had here in South Hanover where they showed the Bee Movie...I think they started at about 9:30pm, so it can get late for the very little ones. Good fun! Fun Family Events

UPDATE: They called me back this morning and were so nice! They said that everything is free! However at the Car Show weekend, the company running the car show is taking donations for charity.
Last year, Farmstead Farmers Market had a really fun & free grand opening. We saw a bunch of you there and my girls went crazy over the pony rides! I just found out they're doing a bunch of fun events in August to celebrate their one year anniversary (thanks, Darlene!). I'll call tomorrow to find out if everything is free or not.
